Our Coaching Philosophy
We support the healthy development of our athletes by focusing on the whole self:
We start by learning all we can about the athlete and their current lifestyle so that we meet the athlete where they are.
Next, we onboard every athlete through an intentional 4-week experience designed to empower and educate the athlete to achieve the most out of the coaching relationship.
All Metta Athletes will have all their training data monitored daily through a TrainingPeaks premium account, providing a way to track workout data and provide accountability. Coaches provide timely, constructive feedback and assurance of progress.
